Purpose and lawfulness of data processing:

1. Website contact email: we process the data you provide in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is the data subject’s consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
2. Commercial communications: data are processed for commercial and promotional purposes. The legal basis is the explicit consent of the data subject for electronic commercial communications under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, and legitimate interest where Article 21 of Law 34/2002 applies, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
